“The brochure was printed in black only by letterpress on glazed white paper. The cover had the title and flag in red. For changes of language, the half tone blocks could be left in place and a new title substituted, to print in red. Changes could also be made in the cut-out vertical strips on the edges of the page which carried the page number and headings.”
